• Coordinate with external sales team members to complete vendor deal registration approval forms.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of partner product SKUs and processes required to request and receive accurate quotes from North State Technology Solutions’ technology partners such as Cisco, CarbonBlack, Palo Alto, RSA, McAfee, CyberArk, etc.
• Interface with external sales team members to create basic hardware, software, and support renewal quotes in ConnectWise Sell as directed by the Solution Architects and Sr. Performance Managers.
The SOC Engineer II position is a managed services engineering position for personnel with some IT Security background. The daily responsibilities of this position include the review ofsecurity consoles and alerts, processing alerts, participating in projects, and escalating alerts that are not able to be suitably disposed. The candidate will be involved with patching and administrating servers as necessary, as well as cross training on the applications and systems in use by Stalwart’s SOC and its clients, along with other duties as assigned.

The Senior Network Engineer III role requires advanced computer and network skills. The role requires the engineer to manage large scale projects and lead teams of engineers to implement secure IT architectures.
Some Senior Network Engineer III are responsible for implementing security systems for networks so that data is not compromised. Advanced computer skills are important in this position, and knowledge of server software and hardware are essential. Budget management skills are also important, as the network engineer may have to work within a budget.
Because this is an advanced position, senior network engineers may be expected to lead teams of lower-level network engineers.
